Shavasana in the Ashram Brindavon, 16th-17th April 2016

The Ashram Brindavon has a Shavasana weekend once a month. This is an exercise given by Mataji to her students who live in the ashram to help the community find an outer and inner calm. Shavasana is the name of the relaxation position in yoga which aims at relaxing physically while remaining mentally alert and concentrated. On Shavasana weekends the ashram is closed to visitors on Saturday and Sunday.

The Ashram Brindavon will reopen on April 18th for the morning aarti.
