The karmayoga itself is practised in silence.
You do the tasks with as much care, concentration and love as possible.
Never to forget where you are.
Give your very best and renounce the fruits of your action.
Merge with the task at hand and every movement of your hand will bring you closer to God.
You may be exhausted in the evening but at the same time totally recharged inside.

The spring retreat in the Ashram Brindavon – from May 25th to May 30th – is followed immediately by two weekend where we can practise Karmayoga. The first karmayoga weekend is from 2nd to 4th June, the second one from from 9th to 11th June.
The morning and evening Aarti will be celebrated as usual – everybody can come.
There will be more karmayoga days in the ashram from June 24th to June 30th.
