Seva Days & Weekends
Seva - like karmayoga - means selfless service, without any thought of reward - the selfless act itself is the gift to the master, to the community and to ourselves.
On the regular seva days and seva weekends we take care of the Ashram Brindavon and the Sri Neem Karoli Baba Mandir. There is a fixed daily routine according to which we practise seva together. These seva weekends are open to everyone.
During seva, we carefully clean and maintain both ashrams and their temples, look after the garden with the beautiful dhuni, prepare celebrations, thoroughly clean the kitchen, the guest rooms and bathrooms and lovingly cook prasad - food that is prepared in the ashram.
Accommodation and meals in the ashram are on a donation basis during the seva days.
