Vesakh 2019
From the Dhammapada Sri Durgamayi Ma reads the following words:
- Choices
- We are what we think.
All that we are arises with our thoughts.
With our thoughts we make the world.
Speak or act with an impure mind
And trouble will follow you
As the wheel follows the ox that draws the cart. -
We are what we think.

And happiness will follow you
As your shadow, unshakable.
Ma also writes these first three lines on the prayer flag - which along with many others is hung in front of the ashram so that the wind carries the prayers out into the world.
